The  MEDICRAFT ANALGESIOMETER Mark­I is the most needed basic instrument of the Pharmacology Laboratories of Medical College, Pharmaceutical firms and  Bio-research   centers for the  study of analgesics.

The  MEDICRAFT  ANALGESIOMETER is  an  elementary standard  that provides pain stimulus in the tail of rat by radiation  of   heat from  a heated nichrome wire. The intensity  of pain   stimulus   is continuously  variable  from  minimum to maximum and is monitored by a meter. The heat  producing   wires  are  planted along with a specially designed  water   jacket which  also acts as retainer for  rat’s  tail  and regulates  the surrounding side areas to room temperature   The intensity control is a solid state device and provides  a constant  heat  at set point ignoring  the  main  line voltage  fluctuation  of ±10% of  220V,A.C  line  at which the instrument works.

A cylindrical  metallic rat carrier is  provided  as    accessories. A heating  element  and a  glass

cartridge fuse are supplied as the spares.

All  the MEDICRAFT Products are guaranteed for  12  months against any manufacturing defects.
